Upon further review.....

Well after I looked at the video, frame by frame it looked to me like I might have by the slightest of margins. Then it was pointed out to me that my pre-stage and stage lights were still lit when the starter moved. This would indicate that I did not jump before he moved or the lights would have been out. It appears I should have said something to them but at the time I wasn't sure if I did or not and the starter had said he didn't want any "whiners" complaining about their race. So I didn't but it would appear I should have, learned a lesson the hard way I guess.
